Can’t wait to see all the changes on both sides of the ball. As well game day management too. What happens in critical situations, game on the line.
Who will be blamed, coaching, players, and for sure there will be those that blame Dak regardless. Who gets credit, coaching, players, not Dak from the usual detractors of course.

Well, let's hope the players are smart enough.

Veteran linebackers will help as will having a vet safety back there in Dix. It will be their job to get the back end lined up properly.

I didnt see the agressiveness of the Cowboy's defense the last couple of years, it was more a "bend but don't break" style.
Now I wanna see "Break 'em".

I wonder if the previous coaches were smart enough?

This statement actually doesn't have a point. Old coaches are gone. Players are still here. So the players need to learn this new system. If it is a complicated system they better be smart.

Seems like its' gonna be a bigger emphasis on size, preference (ala Poe) and edge rushing including moving Jaylon to outside to blitz against RBs from the
outside, and moving LVE to middle is gonna pay out dividends vs pass. Tremendous length, to go along with great knack and range in those passing lanes
are gonna to turn into several tipped - deflected balls and 2-3 INTs . Combined with a fierce pass rush , it is gonna be headaches with LVE and Lee in passes lanes - while Jaylon takes to being karlos Dansby vs blitz

- The disguise i see being multiple fronts between 4-3 , nickel and some 3-4 disguised fronts.
i recall Peyton Manning used to say it was not the pass rush from a 3-4 scheme that bothered him but more so, which side that 3-4 OLB suddenly drops into
the passing lane at the snap of the ball. That's why Chargers and Steelers surprisingly gave him so much trouble at their height back in the days.

- and note how we have been trying to collect suitable edge rushers from free agency (alden) , remaiining cast overs left (gregory) the draft (bradlee Anas) and some undrafted rookie hopefuls (LaDarius Hamilton, UNT...and Ron'Dell Carter James Madison)

- i still think we'll be Cover 3 but maybe with the occasional Cover 1 and bail scheme to try to get jump ball INTs.

IMO, all the variations and disguises sound good on paper, but the biggest difference is changing how we play up front.
Not and no longer being "out physical "
