Dallas needs to bring Ronald Leary back in a Cowboys uniform

As far as I know he is still a free agent.

Last I heard he was open to coming back to the Cowboys.

Dallas would have some insane depth if he were to come back. Couldn't rely on him as a starter but having him on the roster as a back-up would be huge. And who knows, maybe he gets his old job back at LG and remains healthy for a good part of the season.

How do we make this happens as fans on the internet?

I don't think the Cowboys OL has been great since he left. It's been good but overrated. If he's as good as he was back then I'd like to see him brought back and have the Conners fight for center (or future/swing OT if that's in the cards).

Didn't he have some degenerative health condition? Can he still play at a high level (and for how much longer)?

What's it going to be then, eh?

Unless we have catastrophic injuries at guard, I don't see it.

He was good back in the day, but I think they want a little more flex.

That is why it is hard for a guy like him to get back in the league. Injuries are the factor on if he gets a job.

We can afford him on a vet salary and he was a great player for this team for a few years as an UDFA.

Dallas has plenty of depth on the OL heading into OTA and TC. IMO better use of resources is to see if someone on the roster steps up and use any openings to bring in help for positions of need.

I liked this idea back when.

Not sure now after the drafting of Biadasz and likely moving of McG to LG.

Gotta have cheap starters with a high paid celebrity QB.

Or how about just roll with who is on the roster? Let's see what the young guys have before bringing in an aging vet with injury problems.
You only have generally 2-3 extra guys active so really with what we have at guard he might not even be active
No reason to pay vet price for depth when you have young, cheap depth

The Lambo is back in the garage? Somebody has to pick him up. He’s still to good not to be on a roster.

In particular, we don't need more interior oline. We're stacked there. Could use a T.
