Lol. How many times is the fishman going to con readers with this non-story?
He’s retweeting Gary Myers

Gary Myers has been covering the NFL since 1978, most recently as a columnist for the New York Daily News.

He joined the Dallas Morning News as the Cowboys' beat writer in 1981, and later became the Morning News' NFL columnist until 1989.

He's the author of the New York Times bestseller "Brady vs. Manning," and "How 'Bout Them Cowboys?" Myers also votes for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

This is crap, served yet again.

Let me say that in general I am against trading picks for vets, especially when you're paying full freight for a QB....

BUT...Adams is a special player..a VERY special one at a position that's been an issue for us for a long while.

Anyone who says he cant make an impact because of his position hasn't seen him play much.

Again though, I dont see them moving him for as little as a 1st, and people want to go giving later picks for him.

I'm fairly certain Dallas has already decided that he is worth a 1st...and he definitely IS, they just want more.

Michael Irvin is a football player....... Lebron is a sissy basketball player that wouldn't be able to play a game or two in the NFL.

You replied to my comment, if you couldn't handle the heat perhaps you shouldn't jump in the fire
LeBron whom by conses is top 10 all time NBA player and historically great athlete. Yet you call him a sissy....you need a conflict anema. You wouldn't have the balls to say it to his face....grown person

Anyway, I am not going to go back and forth...I love Irvin and only like LeBron

So peace

Love the player, but id rather use the money to shore up the front 7
Our front seven really isn’t that bad. With Poe and McCoy and Gallimore the middle looks good. Smith reinstated. I would be more comfortable with Griffen there but whatever. If we shored up the backend that’s a superstar at each level. Potential superstar at least

Nobody else in the league payed that asking price either, so that's a good thing.
If the Jets want out of that contract so bad, and Jamal is rational, then a deal could be made, but I don't see it, and yes, I would much rather have CD.
Agreed. Cd was the right move as of now. Well see what the future holds but now you can try to get Adams too if these reports are true

Goose bumps. He has a Star tatoo. Michael Irvin is his connect to Cowboys.

He wants $$. If Dak plays on Tag then I'd trade for Adams and hope for a better Amari type effect on defense. We need a playmaker in the secondary

I would say it to his face and he plays basketball not football. Anybody thinking it's the same either has never played both sports or needs to step back and look at themselves. Being top 10 in the NBA has absolutely 0 to do with the ability to play in the NFL.

You clearly love lebron because you are calling him king and trying to debate that he could be a great NFL player.

someone asked on draft day, what pick would make this board go nuts, I said trade for Adams 1 or Ceedee 2. If we can get both, wow. I am hearing a 1 and a 3, but would they take Woods and a 2 and a 4 type deal?

This doesn't have to be that complicated.
Conner Williams, Xavier Woods and consecutive 3rd rounders for Jamal Adams.

Then you can mess with the money Crawford has and maybe just maybe sign a FA like Larry Warford for 6m.

Just so people have a clear understanding..this isn't fish breaking any news..fish doesn't break anything

This is national news..and has been for a while

The Cowboys and Dak have also reached an impasse also. Will this impasse also stir up trade talks.

Strong Safety hasn't been an issue. Jeff Heath was fine. Not the difference between winning and losing for the most part.

It's just a position that doesn't really matter.

No need to spend big money and give up big investments for that position.

I'll take a top 15 corner or a top 5 FS Centerfielder over the best SS in football that is looking for a pay day.

I'd rather have Byron Jones back.

Cowboy fans (& Stephen Jones): "Minkah Fitzpatrick is not worth a 1st round pick."

Minkah Fitzpatrick: 65 Tackles, 9 Passes Defended, 2 Forced Fumbles, 5 INT, 2 TD, Pro Bowl, 1st team All-Pro

Cowboy fans again: "Jamal Adams is not worth a 1st round pick."

Uhh....
Thank god we didn’t trade for Mikah last year. We would of been a playoff team and lost in the 2nd round and resigned garret Garrett.

only time in my life I’m happy we didn’t get a all pro.
