Lol. Top dog at boa. They wanted the deal.Your bud is a teller.

He's the biggest risk that's been picked by any team in quite some time. They're hoping for that Mahomes or Wilson magic with him, if he can stay healthy.
The problem with Tua and to a certain degree, Burrow as well, are the teams they played on. LSU set the record, as well as the SEC with Bama, for picks and that would be a bit of an alarm for me.
Are agents present at player signings?
We see this "the team doesn't like dealing with agent X" all the time and I think that's a joke. They deal with lawyers all the time and understand the game.
The Joneses know France is going to make out better than 3% on the attention this deal gets. We can argue all we want about where Prescott ranks as a QB but damned few would say he's the best QB in the game and deserving of being the highest paid. You get that for your player and you are one serious dude.
Now, the smart ones know this isn't about France being better or smarter than other agents, it is more about the opposition but image and perception is money is pro sports.
What QB does not have a hard time against great teams. Here is what I don’t understand, people expect 1 player to beat a whole team.
So he has to throw the passes make the blocks catch the ball and tackle the opposing teams QB and kick the FG. It’s a team game.
Most QB stats are lower against great teams. Very few QB can take a team and carry them on there backs. What we have is a good QB that’s improving every year. Who knows where his ceiling is. I don’t think he has reached it yet. He is a gamer. May not practice well but one thing people used to say about him was he plays well when the spot light is on him. Now all the sudden he don’t play well against great teams. Then you see stats where he ranks right up there with other top 10 QB’s against top 10 defenses.
People cherry picks stats to fit there narrative.
JJ and SJ say he is our guy so pay him and let’s move on. Then we can talk about how good or bad he is playing and if he is over paid. This is just like Romo when he was here and about to get a huge contract. Ya know Marino never got a ring but has all these nice stats. He got paid well back then. Same as a list of other QB. It’s a team game.
You know how to cure this. Cap it. Cap every position. Look at how it sits now and cap it. Every year when the cap flies up the positions goes up accordingly in percentage. And others will pay for the Prescott signing. Mahomes, Jackson and Watson will get more and maybe even Rodgers and Wilson get their deals sweetened.
Elliott's deal with affect Barkley's, already affected McCaffery's.
As long as the cap increases every year, this will continue. The agents' game is to push the position's pay and the deal France will get for Prescott will get him thank you cards from other agents.
So much this. I think the stat geeks get so wrapped up in the stats, they often forget about actually watching the player, watching the game, etc."Eye test"needs used along with stats. If you are using just one or the other...you are doing it wrong. Why even "watch" football...just check the box scores.
You WATCH it because stats don't tell the whole story.
W/L records aside, you can look at the individual stats in games against better teams and against better defenses.
There is no doubt that when you look at Dak's peers, he doesn't play as well in those types of situations. That's just reality.
This is his agents fault. When 33 or 33.5 was in the table last year he should have took it or asked for more guaranteed money and got the deal done. Instead we played 3 lesser teams and THE TEAM won easily and his agent wanted to go back and ask for more. Meanwhile THE TEAM starts losing and JJ decided to not get back to him. This could wind up being a case of a agent getting to greedy and costing his client millions. That D-Law and Elliot stuff ain’t happening no more. You put together a honest deal instead of holding a team hostage with putting off surgery or staying in Cabo and not in TC. Both of which showed up not in shape and cost our team.….and the fact that they are having to justify not signing last year.
If effect Dak's going to be paid $33.5m for two years (2019 - $2.02m and 2020 - $31.4).
He's in the region of $33m down before he starts, no wonder France is trying to get every last $.
So you are saying Dak's peers (Wentz, Goff & Watson) have played better than Dak has against better teams and better defenses?W/L records aside, you can look at the individual stats in games against better teams and against better defenses.

Fine with me, but we’re not agents. Dak’s not handing Todd France 3% of his contract just to take Spotrac’s valuation and sign on the dotted line.I agree with Spotrac's market evaluation - $33.9 for 5 years seems fair
Well this uses actual data, so I'm sure it will go over real well. Not much in there that hasn't been posted here 100 times, but I think this was the most interesting part:
In the fourth quarter and overtime, when the game has been within eight points, Prescott has been excellent; he has the league's ninth-best passer rating (104.8) and third-best QBR (79.2) when the game is late and within one score. Neither Goff or Wentz can compare. Goff ranks 26th in passer rating (80.9) and 29th in QBR (42.7) in those same moments, while Wentz is 19th in passer rating (87.0) and 19th in QBR (59.6). Prescott also has the best winning percentage in games decided by eight points or fewer at 19-13, while Goff is at a similar 13-9 and Wentz has gone 13-17.
I have not seen these stats you speak of. I see the rankings and come from behind stuff.W/L records aside, you can look at the individual stats in games against better teams and against better defenses.

His asst OC that ended up in CAR was the difference maker for him.I think they were given free reign. Burrow, anyway. Just keep him more disciplined and not rogue.
1-6 again st playoff teams last season and a big fat ZERO come from behind game winning drives
that's now how it happened. once season started, even before that....the contract talks stopped....This is his agents fault. then we should have kept garrett, given how greatly he coached.1-6 again st playoff teams last season and a big fat ZERO come from behind game winning drives
I don't think anybody is really saying that....its about $35M....the market moves up a bit every year....about 6% or so....and that's about the amount up from wentz and goff.Have you looked at what I think is fair ??? I am not decrying the article and agree with it.
The conclusion puts Dak around what Goff, Went, got and called him a 6-8 QB.
Why do Dak fans get so defensive with everyone else opposes their PAY HIM WHATEVER HE DEMANDS.
Eventually, they'll install a rule that says no player can make more than certain percentage of the salary cap. It takes no money away from the players in aggregate, but adds sanity to single salaries on a team roster that has 40-50 other players.
If cap continues to rise, then all boats rise, including the top dogs'.
