Because there is more going on than we know. They expected him to try and come back last year and he basically disappeared. He has basically disappeared again and no one knows when and if he actually filed any paperwork. Nothing but confusion surrounds the entire situation and no one is saying a word. That pretty much tells you all you need to know. He doesn't have his life in order and his priority is still not football.

This is regurgitation of Clarence Hill comment. Of course the Cowboys are impatient about not hearing anything yet. I noticed Randy tweeted on the 8th, can't post because of language, but it was in response to this post about drug testing announcement this season. He likely wouldn't be commenting about it if he were not expecting to be reinstated.

1000%........Just me, but I wonder if Randy misunderstood the intent of the new CBA weed rule. It doesn't say it's OK to smoke. Just rather than punishing players, the league will now help them get treatment and that Randy's problem IMO. He's never had any intention of quitting and has never stopped smoking. Goodell wants clean pss and Randy can't produce it IMO.

from what i'm hearing fro Broddadus hear say ; it's problems with the NFL league office... than it being Randy's fault.

the personnel in charge that have a big part of the reinstatement process, visitation, upfront discussions, with the NFL office are no longer there and the league is in back logged in replacing those officials.

the Randy camp is ready ...the NFL league office is not

I don't believe this for one second Mr. Quick (lol). Randy's been to the altar too many times W/O a ring.
