I don’t know about now at 46, but he’s just a different breed of athlete ala Jerry Rice; he could have played well into his early 40s had he not been a chronic malcontent.

His last season in the league (in Cincy) he put up 72 catches, 983 yards, and 9 TDs in 14 games at age 37.

I enjoyed him during his time in Dallas.

Certain seasons stand out more than others and one I will never forget is the 2007 season. Despite the Boys coming up short, it was such a fun season to watch. The Romo - T.O. connection was blazing! Owens went for 1,355 Receiving Yards and 15 Touchdowns. It was fantastic to watch (well until the stoopid Giants game lol)

Dood may have had a big mouth on him but he was one of the best I've ever watched play the position.

I was rocking this sig for awhile on some forum boards during that time. Still have it.

Too old according to what??? He's a better receiver right now than lots of receivers in the league. How do you tell someone they're too old to do anything without giving them a chance to PROVE IT!!

When is the last time you’ve seen TO? You know after he’s left the Cowboys he’s had numerous try outs. He’s been cut because he’s not good anymore. He looks great. He looks exactly like he did when he was here. But that’s about it.

The Romo TO connection was dynamite for sure. I want to say that TO had a pretty bad ankle for that Giants game, was kind of iffy if he would even play. At least that’s the way I remember it.
