Yes they know the value and its an extreme cover two on the big,, they are stepping out to try and re invent, they know the value, and its going to cost them.

I agree up front .... but also could see them having a great turnover margin if it works, if they cant stop the run though... watch out

I wanted Adams badly, but that’s a ton to give up.

That said, between not signing Dak long term, not trading for Adams, Gregory likely not coming back and supposedly not being interested in Clowney, it’s been a bummer of a couple weeks.

Would really like to use that extra cap money to sign Clowney or at least Griffin.

They did pay too much. Let another team give us potential core players to get a crybaby who's about to get obscenely paid.

The Jets clearly won this deal. They're going to have two first round picks the next two years in exchange for a safety that, no matter how great he is, didn't make a difference for them in the win column.

For fans old enough to remember, this feels like 2000 when Dallas sent Seattle two firsts for Joey Galloway.
