and be done with it.
Guy is a top 7 QB in the league and top 3-5 if you remove those that are close to retirement (Brady, Brees, Roethlisberger, etc
Is it because Dak is a grubber of money??First
Dak doesn't want that deal
Second
Dak doesn't want that deal
Third
Dak doesn't want that deal
Get it yet?
Could have done a Elliot type extension. He had to already know this. The last year is usually restructured to accommodate an extension. I assumed he just wanted it a year earlier.
No . Dak is not an elite QB . His value is around 25 mil .
Prescott is definitely a top-five quarterback. You don’t like him fine. I get that. That’s why you have an arm chairYou have lost your mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Top 5, you do not even have a armchair. as for I don't like him couldn't be farther from the truth. Top money for middle of the road talent is what I don't like, top 5 thanks for the days laugh.Prescott is definitely a top-five quarterback. You don’t like him fine. I get that. Corona may help Dak get paid. If the NFL has some shortened version of a season and Dallas happens to get to the NFC title game. I think Dallas has to at least make the NFCC for him to get a long term deal.Contract talks are done, he will play on the tag and if he hopes to get a contract to his liking then it falls to him to go out and produce to that level. Talking is over now it is time to prove it.

That's why the 35/yr offer seemed more than fair.Problem with that is 25 mill avg would rank him 14 highest paid, by the time the 4 year deal is done that 25 mill would rank him around the bottom of starting QB. Players get the deals they can in their contract year knowing it will be 4 to 5 years before they are able to get a new deal done. Personally I think they all are paid too much but it is the market value of a NFL QB.
If you mean 8-8, I agree. Last year was a massive underachievement.Dak is ok.
When he goes from caretaker to difference maker let me know.
Andy Dalton can get us the W's Dak is getting us right now.

With this roster, I'm assuming Dak needs to lead Dallas to at least 11-12 wins. We'll see if that happens.
, Mahomes, Brees, Rodgers, Rothlisberger, Wilson, maybe Brady. Up and comers Jackson, Jimmy G, Dak, Cousins, Watson. Lets not forget Rivers and Stafford still play in the league. By my count and I will be gracious he is top 10but could be as low as 13 maybe as high as 6 or 7Prescott is definitely a top-five quarterback. You don’t like him fine. I get that. Agree with you , but the cowboys offense is pretty much set up for a good quality QB to keep driving it . Dak has proven he cannot make a difference once the running game stalls , he just cannot carry the team like an elite QB can .(1-6 last year against playoff teams ) .Problem with that is 25 mill avg would rank him 14 highest paid, by the time the 4 year deal is done that 25 mill would rank him around the bottom of starting QB. Yup. He isn't top 5 at this point., Mahomes, Brees, Rodgers, Rothlisberger, Wilson, maybe Brady. Up and comers Jackson, Jimmy G, Dak, Cousins, Watson. B/c by saying no he could get another $100m+ over the same time. No, I don't get why anyone wouldn't want a $503M contract. haha
