has already said they have not given up on him, ..he's very talented and we can use that kind of terrific depth

Maybe I've missed something, but last I saw on of the NFLPA attorney blocked him. Don't think they want to get rid of him, but maybe the NFL is setting up some high hurdles for him to get back in?
