I saw Terrance Steele play for Texas Tech 3-4 times in person. He started from his freshman year on, and despite being underrated out of college, he’s actually pretty athletic. But he’s also a little raw, and has a ways to go yet to be NFL starter quality. But he has a lot of upside to grow with.
agree. I saw him play once live against SMU I think a couple years ago. I live in Texas..and also get alot of the games on TV. He didnt allow a sack. I know that was SMU, but hey, still pretty good. He didnt stink it up last week either. I see why they like him. I feel ok starting him this week at RT. Not very worried there. I am worried about Tyron. I been screaming for 4 years now about his back and other physical issues. I took alot of flack here.but NOW LOOK. The hens are coming home to roost. He may be young, but as my Dad always said, its not the age, its the mileage. He has a ton of miles on those tires. We should have traded him or something at least 2 years ago. Once again, Jerry hangs on to players way too long. His loyalty has killed this team.

There are so many holes on this team moving forward (LT, LB, S, DT, TE), it's starting to feel like a mini-rebuild is coming if we don't succeed this season.
How about a major rebuild as we can focus on also getting rid of D-laugh ( not sure anyone would take him ) and some others. First priority is get a real GM!!!

I saw him too. Experience counts.....he did get abused by Anae at the Senior Bowl, but held up the other night. Broaddus said that he just needs to gain strength.
I think anyone could get lit up by Anae. I think we stole a special PLAYER in Anae. I think he should be playing, period. He's a spark plug and makes plays. He has the ability to elevate the entire team..he has the IT factor.

yep, really bad. Losing McCoy hurt terribly, but then again, did we really thing an older player was gonna be the savior? That was foolish to begin with. Bargain basement crap by Stevie. Start Gallimore at this point. We drafted him fairly high, so lets see what he can do in game. We are out of options.

Yep, I would just play Gallimore and Hill the rest of the way. Get Wilson in at safety out there or the 4th round rookie.

Most of these corners and safeties are going to be gone anyway after this year.

McCarthy will have to pull off the coaching job of his life with the way this team is looking to even get to 8-8....

Yep..........this season is over. Might as well put Biadasz in there and Mcgovern.

Sounds like he’s not alarmed by Tyron. If he was unlikely to play, he’d be alarmed....lol.
Tyron is probably playing. You cannot coach through losing both OT’s when you never had a decent swing tackle, much less two. Add to that no decent TE.

That’s like trying to coach up not having any decent LB’s to run out there.....ouch!

They need to game plan for this. Screen passes - quick timing routs - move the pocket for Dak - misdirection plays - basically take what the Rams did to us and us it against Atlanta

I'll bet the Falcons coaching staff will be totally surprised by those get-the-ball-out-quickly tactics, knowing both tackles are out.

Actually, they probably would be if JG was still coach. It's not like he'd adjust or anything. He got Adrian Claiborne paid.

Uh, remember the DL the Cowboys had for that game?
I remember it quite well,uh,do you remember the crap Ol the pack had?along with a one legged qb. It sort of evens out...You're missing the point, there should be no reason we lose to the falcons despite our ol problems if Dak is the qb everyone thinks he is,and he isn't gimped up like rodgers was.

Excellent health is another thing we wasted the last decade or so. That good fortune doesn't last forever.

I used to laugh when people would complain about our injury luck. They obviously didn't pay much attention to the rest of the league.

It's obvious a lot of our fans don't pay attention to the rest of the league. Then they're surprised when Dallas loses because they've convinced themselves the Cowboys roster is "loaded" without actually comparing it to other teams for context.

Similarly, when it comes to a player they don't like they are certain that every other player in the league at his position is better. Love this place.

Which subpar Atlanta defense end will the Cowboys make a household name in the Peach state?
