Last week Wilson was 31-35 355 yards and 4 PASSING touchdowns against this same Falcons porous defense

Reminds me of the overhyping after we beat the Dolphins last year.

Predictable.

so technically he did pretty much the exact same thing that Wilson, a top 2-5 QB did to this team.

This one counts, but it's the end results that ultimately will decide.

We saw this last year - start out strong against weak teams, falter against strong teams, great at one point, terrible at the next.

Dak needs to ride this talented offense into the playoffs and deeper.

The goal has not changed, and Dak knows this.

So celebrate today. There's a game next week.
At this point I don't see a talented offense. There is only one constant starter on the offensive line (Zack Martin). Please don't tell me anything about Connor Williams he was hurt most of last year. Prescott is getting beat up.

this is the most anti-Cowboy statement you could make from a Cowboys fan...pathetic.

Falcons defense is trash, and he wasn't exactly super sharp. We won though. He did good when we needed it.

Now let's see what he does next week

Remember when Dallas was winning and Dak had 200 or fewer yards passing, they complained about that. Now he's throwing for over 400 they're still complaining.

Right...initially they said Dak would never throw for 300 yards in a game lol.

Except for that complete moronic play trying to filp to Shultz in the 1st quarter, Dak played well.

He needs to use his legs more than he does and is probably willing to...but whatever.

He could border on elite if he ran more. Did it to a very successful degree in 2016
He does use hIs legs alot, AVOIDING PRESSURE!

He deserves credit like the rest of the team does for doing their part for getting us in the position to win. He had a good second half and a horrible first half. I would blame the whole team for today's loss if Atlanta didn't do an Epic Fail. I won't hold today against the team since we won, but I also won't delude myself into thinking we would've won if Atlanta wouldn't have waited for us to touch the ball before falling on it. It was a Leon Lett Fail moment and it takes years before you see something on that magnitude again.

You're not fooling anybody. Your dislike of Dak has you grasping at a falsehood.
I went back to the play-by-play, in the 1st half Dak was 15 of 19 for 141 yards & no INTs. Yes he had a fumble, his 1 & only turnover in the game.
You refuse to give Dak credit because of your dislike.
Own it.

Yep the extreme Dak fans know we were one recovery by a non idiot team away from losing but Dak can get "credit" for today since that's how it goes. My only problem as usual is why does he get all the credit for this but everytime it is a loss he never gets credit for,the loss. It is everybody but Daks fault and that's not how it works for so called top players.

I think next week is a huge test. Next week is a good team with a good defense on the road.

A lot of us aren’t hating on dak. If we are going to give him 40 mil we just want consistency. We want him to beat good defenses.. and make plays when things are stacked against him like they were today...like other elite qbs do. Today he did the later for sure.

last year he doesn’t win this game. Long season let’s hope he builds off of it

We have talent at the skill position. And Dak has enough time to get the ball out.
