There is no dwelling on it because they have the first real test if they want to be a contender coming up and they need all attention focused forward and not spending time on a lucky win. Take the W and move on.

They're tied for the lead in the division and a game up on the recognized challenger.

SEA is a Tier 1 team, DAL is a Tier 2 facing a QB with 9 TD passes in 2 games and they're a running team.

Getting that win, as crazy as it was, is a great opportunity to focus all energy toward SEA and they surely got their attention spanking NE with 35 last night.

The D is facing the best and highest scoring offense with the best QB in the NFL. This test needs all the cramming they can get in.

ATL is in the rear view mirror and the Cowboys better be facing the Northwest asap because this is a great opportunity to gauge where they are and how far they have to go to be a true contender.

The best part was the actual W....if by some miracle they figure things out and it matters in the end.

McCarthy says they want to be playing their best football in November.

They are so awful right now that's pretty much assured.

I am hoping for a win but being reasonable as well. Seattle has the core foundation in place for years now and having no OTAs and pre-season games does not hurt them as much as it does to us. We are under new coaching across the board with the exception of Kellen Moore. It is going to take us a bit to get acclaimed and adjusted to the new system of defense at least. This is a raw team that needs some more cohesiveness, chemistry and understanding to take the next step and form a contending team. After 10 years wait to figure out Garrett's process, I am going to be patient for MM to stamp his presence on this team. Hoping the adjustment period is short and we can get everything in place to be a team we can be. Good thing is the division is weak and we have the flexibility to take our time to adjust and still be in position to win the division.

Seattle isn't a running team right now, it's why they're so much better than last year.

Their defense is terrible though. Dallas can hang 40 on them too - that pass rush is abysmal.

30 rushes, 28 passes last night. In their first game, ATL stacked the box and that bit them in the butt.

Carroll is a run and D coach first.

Wilson had 5 runs, so it's more like 25/33. First-down splits are what matters anyway, not overall balance.

Carroll is not that right now, it's why that offense is way better.

Seattle is a tough team and we don't have that identity. They are going to punch us in the mouth hard. It will be interesting to see how we respond. I expect their D to try and rattle our guys with big hits early on. Even take a few penalties to make a statement.

Wilson is playing out of his mind right now. The best QB in the League IMO. That said, their D is suspect and I think we will be able to control the TOP with our run game and some short 3rd down passes, take a shot every now and then. We need long grinding drives. On D, we just have to hope we can hold them to FG some times and not TDs. They will move the ball up and down the field, this game will be won by not allowing TDs.

I’m surprised both rams and falcons didn’t blitz more with the backups we have playing on the OL- one of them a UFA rookie. That said, I think as you said, sea will be physical and send some exotic blitzes early and often. The Cowboys are a crazy onside kick away from being 0-2 heading to Sea.

The best part of the win yesterday is being 1-1 vs 0-2. By the way, the second best part? Because of NFL COVID 19 protocols, no Jerry post game presser, full of BS and undermining of his HC.

One of the best parts, was in the Philly area. Once the Eagles loss was over, they switched to the Cowboys game and got to watch the last 6 minutes, LOL

Yep . But I always enjoy Jethro illustrating why we’re so challenged with his meddling.

To me best part is he was wearing a mask and we didn’t have to see his face.

Yea, this is the game I had circled as a certain loss. Nothing yesterday swayed my thoughts. But 1-2 looks much better than 0-3.

And our easier looking Oct is all of a sudden looking a little tougher with AZ and Wash, maybe even Clev.

Coach Mc says "it's an opportunity".

This officially replaces Garrett's "it's a process..".

Going forward as the preferred clique..

This isn't the Seattle defense of the past

They are vulnerable. And their home field has been stripped away to some degree due to no or little crowd.

We didn't blow Atlanta out of the water and are not walking into the game vs. Seattle over confident. I think we have a chance to play right along Seattle. Their running game was non existent vs. Atlanta and didn't exactly put up outstanding numbers overall. We put just as many points on Atlanta. I think we clean things up and get a little better with the back ups.
