Any linebacker will tell you in order to be effective you need to stay clean

Meaning defensive Tackles have to keep the Lineman off the linebackers

our defensive tackles get washed down allowing olineman to completely destroy our linebackers and its not too many lb’s that can get off the blocks of lineman its tough because linebackers are smaller these days

There are plenty of plays where the LBs are clean are just aren't hitting lanes. Jaylon seems to run away from open lanes.

I was told last year the talk in the building was that Matt Eberflus was going to be the first guy interviewed. It never happened. I was excited for him to come here as the head coach.

His work with the linebackers here in 12 when everyone was hurt was great then again in 14 and 15.

This guy has paid his dues and if the colts win a playoff game or two on the back of their defense he will end up somewhere as head coach...Maybe minnesota, Detroit, Jacksonville?
