I believe Kellen can come up with an adequate game plan to help qb's with his stature. That does depend on the return of zack and looney plus better o-line play. If not, it won't matter. I suspect that is the thinking.

He really can't. Coop has no arm strength. That would be like thinking you can get a RB who runs a 5.8 forty to play well enough to start.
