Belichik is struggling. Brady is 7-4. That is hardly struggling. He has some down games scattered through but overall, he is doing what he was signed to do. Which is get the Bucs to the playoffs, something they never did under Winston. And he has them in there as of now.
The opt out didn't help.

Patricia runs a hybrid scheme, any player released or not resigned in the off-season, should be on our radar.

hybrid schemes suck....Putting players in positions to fail......all the time. Stupid coaches...do stupid things.

Brady is struggling.......read some of his own recent comments AND comments from Arain. Sure they are 7-4 but that's mostly their D and running game. For some odd reason, Brady's turned into a dink and dunk.
I think father time is catching up with Brady...this notion that has Brady thinking he can play till 45 and beyond is nonsense...

Comparing Brady in 2020 to himself, his 2020 stats are generally right at the mid-point or slightly better compared to all of his other seasons.

The opt out didn't help.

The fact that the entire Pats defense opted out AND the fact that the Pats had 3 million in cap space and no QB also did not help. The fact that the Patriots are not the Jets right now shows how great BB is because they should be. The Pats are possibly the least talented team in the NFL right now but yet they are still doing okay. Meanwhile the Buccs have a stacked group of WRs, good TE play, good Oline, and an above average defense. They SHOULD be the best team in the NFC right now on paper but they for some reason are not which I sort of put to coaching.

its what we need to do

um we just hired a new staff, they gave him what 4years howd those years all go? not many teams in NFL history has fired a new staff after one season with the issues this staff was dealt all year, dont know many staffs that could overcome 17 major injuries' that keep on coming every game to key positions….

IM not saying they havent made mistakes, they have, however they wont be fired , thats just common sense to most folks who realize you dont change coaches like underwear.

now 6 games into next season this type of crap is still happening, im on the fore them now train

so get over it ots not going to happen, you are welcome to cheer for the lions, we wont miss you..:omg:
