Changes are made when Jerry can no longer sell hope on his own.

Wouldn't at all shock me if MM is fired but Quinn is kept on because Jerry "likes where the defense is headed," then forces him on the new HC....who would probably be Moore anyway.

If 2021 went SO bad as to need to fire MM, why in the WORLD would you keep both coordinators around??

But something like that is a total Jerry move.

Agree. Don't expect Quinn to be fired anytime soon. If McCarthy goes I doubt he would clean house.

I think MM has to show up during games to stay off of any hot seat. He needs to do all of the the regular get the team prepared stuff, but he also needs to outwit the other HC if/when things go South.

Admit he made a mistake and write a big check for nothing in return.

I agree, at least right now. Moore is a very good coaching prospect, but I don't think he's ready yet. It'll be another 10 years of on the job training.

We have a valid HC in waiting now with Quinn. Moore needs more time - he's just getting his feet wet at this point.

Normally I would agree with you.

But this group of coaches just leaves alot to be desired. They have done nothing to inspire they can handle our players.

And yes..McCarthy made some really bad on field decisions that cost us several games.

I never wanted MM in the first place, but how many games was he supposed to win with Gilbert, DiNucci, and Dalton playing QB, two undrafted rookies playing tackle, and the usual soft Cowboys defense?

I stand by what I say. 6-10 again and he should be fired. I’m not putting all the blame on him but the team at times last year look unprepared. I give him a pass but 2 years in a row than that’s a problem. They had a ton of injuries I get that.
