This is hilarious.

You must have been busy at the end of last week \weekend.
The audio and video was replayed and commented on all day Friday and Saturday on sports media outlets (radio & tv)--locally, regionally, nationally.

Imagine being Matt Stafford and playing for such a pathetic franchise your entire career. They make the Cowboys look smart.

Not sure if all the years are guaranteed or not, but I have no idea why teams give coaches contracts of 5-6 years.

Who exactly was so hot after Campbell that they needed to do that?

If Jerry told MM he was getting three years instead of five would he have turned down the job?

Nothing like bidding against yourself.

Then again, the Lions are a part of why Jerry isn't total rock bottom as far as NFL success.

You give a 5 or 6 year deal to show you are committed to the hire. All coaching contracts are fully guaranteed.

One of my all time favorites.
Whenever I get really down, I pop on some Monty Python and everything is better.

I remember having a Modern Physics professor who would play their record albums during tests.

Sounds like one of Keith Brookings pregame fire up huddles.

Before Jaylon Smith here in Dallas, Keith Brooking was lambasted by Falcons and local sports media his last few seasons in Atlanta for racking up tackles 5 yards or more beyond the line of scrimmage. They turned on him bad.
And he was a home-grown player (HS in Coweta County - part of metro Atlanta, then played at Georgia Tech).
