Just think what those #'s would have been if AC wasn't injured all year...probably not as good.
Cooper got injured in the last game of the season, he got his ankle rolled over on his catch and stretch for the pylon at the goal line.

He was as healthy as an NFL player could be all season. Don’t think he popped on the injury report more than once if that.

He can play anywhere. I just think he is the best slot guy we have. He has more flexibility to play inside or out than Gallup does. The future is as bright as it gets for this kid.

yeah before the season started there was talk of amari moving to the slot to exploit defenses and Lamb being on the outside. he did both in college.

That's all fine & dandy. The kid still needs to be molded. His head enlarged too quickly & that's when the balls were dropped. Needs to focus on his job more.

It's a good start. Now he needs to do it again, against better defenses, then again as he becomes the #1 reciever here drawing double teams on a consistant basis.

Is he more than a slot guy?

He’ll need to demonstrate he can against NFL corners. Playing in the slot where you can motion and have a two-way go is vastly different than playing on the outside. That’ll be the next challenge for him.

Rookie WR playing in a pandemic offseason and with 4 different starting QBs, and some of you guys are complaining what this kid did in year 1? You guys are unbelievable....

He'll likely play outside once Gallup gets his Alvin Harper deal

Cowboys were in the 11 formation 71% of their snaps and were in a 4WR and/or 5 wR set 3% of their plays.

Almost 75% of their playcalls had a slot receiver. Therefore, I really don't care if he is just a slot guy right now.
Cause he's going to log a bunch of snaps in the slot.

He played 730 snaps. Of those snaps, he was in the slot 629 times.
63 snaps out wide, and the rest he played tight to the line/backfield.

lol, Agreed. Although we're seeing more and more top wr's moving around and taking more snaps in the slot. If they replace Gallup with a big wr, Ceedee might stay in the slot. He'll make plays from anywhere.
