I like both players but 2014 is one of my favorite seasons as a fan. I honestly believed that was the year and a large part was due to the oline and Murray’s play

Don’t forget Murray also did mentor Derrick Henry before he jumped as starter

Murray. He had some great games before Garrett realized the ground game was important winning.

He's #1 in single game rushing yards and is #1 in single season rushing yards.
Stayed out of trouble and never held out for a deal he never did receive here

Murray fumbled on a sure touchdown in the 2014 Divisional Round
It was not a sure td even though aikman said it was, the safety was coming over.
peppers came from behind because the great zack martin whiffed on his block of peppers and wound up on the ground.
Murray had a broken hand and really I would have played randle that game as he had 2 good hands and was fresh.

No way in hell does a safety tackle Demarco in the open field at full speed.

Aikman even said on the broadcast if Peppers hadn't made that play, Murray hits his head on the goal post. Romo audibled brilliantly and they had exactly what they wanted.

Couldn’t agree more with you Dandy Don. Definitely not a sure TD. But that play is a teaching point about not quitting. Peppers completely turned it around by giving extra effort. That play still haunts the Cowboys

I like Murray's public off field personality. Outstanding 2014 season/(best by a Boys RB even) but with several unremarkable years before that. Somewhat injury prone dating all the way back to high school days.

Do not like Zeke's public off field personality. Liked Zeke's first 3 years onfield production. Saw a rare physical blend of power, burst and wiggle that most RBs can only dream of as a total pkg bell cow back.
Once learning of the 1200 touches history of RBs and his second contract signing I have truly soured on both his consistency and ineffectiveness. Don't think he is fully dedicated to an all year and round the clock body maintenance program to stay in peak shape either. I still enjoy the flashes every now and again but they are very few and far between and he is vastly overpaid at this point.

I like Murray's personality and Zeke's 2016-2018 on field performance.

I guess that's my answer, lol.
