So basically Jerry hasn't gone after a game changing player since 1994, which is over 26 years ago. What on earth makes you think he will suddenly change course and do that now?
Jerry doesn't know what a game changing player is. Don't forget, he thought Carr and MO were game changers. And Escobar and TWill and Roy Williams.

Jerry needs to do something he's never done as owner of the Cowboys - swallow his pride and hire someone to build a team.

He and Stephen have played fantasy football for the last 25 years and the results speak for themselves. Another silly "splash" presser with his next brilliant personnel decision isn't going to change anything. I still can't believe that stupid Roy Williams trade, and I took a lot of heat from Texans for ripping it at the time.

When you get taken to the cleaners by the Detroit Lions...

Can we just work on team speed.....on defense first? D is slow.

Last time ole Jerry went after a game changing player it got him a SB. Jerry should go after Justin Simmons to take this defense to another level like he did with Deon Sanders.

First, Jerry went after Deion when the feeling was the defense was just one player away. That's not the case now. And second, Deion was not the last effort Jerry made to get a game changing player. Joey Galloway, La'Roi Glover and TO were also acquired to be game changers.

Stepping down as GM.....now that would be a primetime move.

How bout rehiring Mike Nolan, and trade him for Nolan Carroll? Rate and debate!

It wasn’t Jerry the Owner/GM who drove the SB winning coach and architect of the team away?
Of course.

Jerry started letting players and coach walk.

We would've been better off signing an average CB and some other needed positions, rather than paying Deion huge.

Did he win a SB? Why did Jimmy leave?

Jimmy wanted to be in Miami, truth be told. But what does one have to do with the other? Jimmy leaving was not about money. Players leaving is. This should not have to be explained to you.

The only Primetime move Jerry could make that matters is hiring a real GM...Period. Anything else he does is just a waste of time. Jerry plays checkers while winning GM’s are playing chess.
