It may not be an issue that’s important to a certain segment but it was for the majority of players in the NFL.

And why the opposition fans took such a strong stance against them using their stage because they didn’t like the message.

7% drop is a percentage I’d graciously accept to rid our sport from fans like them.

That's easy to say when you don't have any skin in the game. Rest assured that not a single League in this country would "graciously accept" a 7% drop in viewership and/or attendance.

I will be happy to answer that question so you no longer "hear crickets".

I do not oppose the NFL using NFL telecasts to promote those things because those things are not politically partisan in nature.

Not at all. People who are misinformed and misguided always fail to see the issues clearly. But some I understand at least initially if they’ve been mislead.

I pride myself being on the right side of history on this issue. I was in the 60’s and 70’s and will be again. You’ll see even if we have to cram it down their throats again.
