Dak is being crazy greedy stupid if he starts demanding $40 mil / season. If he doesn't seriously come down with this ridiculous price, tag and then trade him.

I keep going back to the same point AC, and that point will remain can this roster be a contender and support any franchise QBs average salary.
Too many mistakes in build model has destroyed Daks chances, this teams chances.

How in the hell can we make such a claim. Anyone is worth what the market bares.

35 million this year is 45- 50 in a couple years.

Because there is a salary cap in place that must be adhered to. If you give your QB 1/5th of the pie, it's going to be very hard to be able to financially surround that overpaid QB with a SB capable team. That's just a fact. Basic Economics 101 and key to any business.
