@America's Cowboy You did factor in that 2 of those games were against horrible defenses like Atlanta and Seattle and the Cowboy defense stunk which allowed for a shootout and also Atl was in a prevent defense the whole second half? Cleveland was in a prevent for a good part of the game. The OL took more hits as the year went on.

Blake Bortles put up some decent fantasy numbers with Jacksonville. You have any idea why?

To a man with a hammer, many things look like a nail.

Imagine using fantasy football to articulate your point.

I remember one league I was in in 2008, the commissioner mistakenly gave one point for every 6 return yards. I dropped all my starting WRs and picked up return men. The Raiders' Johnnie Lee Higgins once got me 40 points in a game and I won the championship handily.

It's fantasy. Who gives a damn when you were 8-8 at full health? I seem to remember Dak coughing up the ball this season left and right and having to rally while down double digits.

The facts are in my opening post.

You can try to deflect all you want. It still doesn't change the facts.

Yet, Dak accomplished such stats not only for himself but also for his teammates.

Point the finger any way you want. The stats prove beyond a question of a doubt as to who makes everyone else better on this team.

That's great and all, but what does it mean without playoff wins? The TEAM is mediocre whether Dak plays or not..
Yea but it’s more interesting with him. I think we win division with him . Probably not anything more but that’s ok.

You're cherry picking though. How about what was the team record when he was QB for those games? Were they good defenses he went up against? Don't get me wrong, I think he's a very good QB...but stats can be shown for anything. How about when the season was on the line against the Eagles in 2019? He's a very good QB. He does not dominate against good defenses. He can't pick them apart. Most QB's do not. He wants to be paid elite money, then he should not struggle so much against good defenses. One bad thing I can say about him, and that might be the system and it might be him or a combo, but a lot of his stats are padded against terrible defenses. It is what it is...yet he's far from the problem this team has. He's a warrior, he fights his heart out. He's a leader. He has his flaws but it's the defense that needs to be rebuilt....and they need cash to do it. (assuming they even do it. They like their guys)

People who think he's bad or just average are nuts. People who think he's a QB god are nuts. He's a good QB who like most all QB's needs the right tools around him. We'll just have to see what the Cowboys offer and what he accepts or rejects.

You can spin it any way you want. Seems like you hoodwinked some of those who worship at the ‘church of Dak.’ Doesn’t take much to preach to the Dak choir.

I explained the reasons for your ‘stats’ but you see what you want. Stats are like bikinis - what they reveal is nice, what they hide is vital.

Looking forward to your ‘facts’ on Wins and losses.

“ stats are like a bikini”

Interesting analogy. But not a good one. Some do hide much and others hide almost nothing.

I want Dak back but 2019 we went 8-8 with Dak, 2020 6-10. Not much difference just a higher draft pick.
