Asked, "How about any mistakes you made last year?"

MMc: "We tried to change too much on defense."
I feel like that's a player issue. Do we have the most unintelligent defensive players all on our team? Why was none of them able to adapt? Are the players only able to play in the most basic defense imaginable? How do we have a team full of these types of guys? lol

Eatman: "Assessment of Jaylon - will he be better in new scheme?"

MMc: " What I like about Jaylon ... he practices every day. He had a very productive year. Our timing wasn't where it wanted to be. A lot of it was timing. Coming out of Miinn & Pitt games, I feel like our timing got better. We were 7th in the league in TO ratio. That's something we can build on."

Asked, "Why did you let Aldon go?"

MMc: "I was involved in the decision. We need lineman that can do more than one thing. The lineman that we signed can play any position on the Dline. We need that ... more position flexibility."

Don't shoot the messenger!

Asked, "Assessment of Tyron & LC."

MMc: "Both look great. Ready to go. We don't have any setbacks."

I'm not from Missouri but I'm gonna need a definite Show Me on these 2. I'm that one and only guy that still wants Slater at #10 to more fully support the $160 million dollar mistake, ahem, I mean investment.
