I certainly expect a bounce back season... If the OL and Dak are healthy, there should be no reason why we can't win the division.

About where they belong right now. They did really nothing notable to address a big need, DT, and the team still has a lot of questions, particularly around the health of Dak and the OL. I suspect most rankings will have us in the 14-22 range in preseason.

At 18th, the Cowboys are the highest-rated team in the NFC Least. The other 3 are in the 20s.

But at the top of the East, just as I predicted and received pushback from many of you. Many who I might add, no will add, I loved up until then. I will be accepting your apologies and welcoming you back into the fold because I am not too big a man to accept the fact that you were wrong. After all, these power rankings are never wrong.

If division winners didn't make the playoffs, they'd have to drop them to take the top 13 to get the Cowboys in.

Where we should be.

We've been trash the past 2 seasons and have done next to nothing to improve on that this year.

Dak is not a Mahomes/Rodgers type of QB that can win games when everything doesn't go right. If Zeke isn't playing big and the defense isn't playing lights out we aren't going to even be competitive. Until proven otherwise, Dak is just not that guy.

I said it once and I'll keep saying it. We lost 3 games in 2019 where our defense held our opponents to 17 points or less and we lost all 3 of those games. Dak threw for a grand total of ZERO TDS in those loses. We also lost to the Jets in that saem season. Another game where Dak threw for ZERO TDS. We went 8-8 that year. Dak's play was the difference in 8-8 and 12-4 in 2019. You'll not convince me otherwise.

I agree, personally how they rank teams during the off season is meaningless but it does fall to the Cowboys to go out and prove themselves.
