Who are you addressing? I do not see anyone selling their virtues here.

How do those shots of the war room after making some of these picks make you feel?

What exactly are they celebrating and high fiving? The fact that they're rich?

Still holding onto that theory they care about winning?

Next time they give you a shot of that, ask yourself this question? How does that differ from the other war rooms we've been seeing? That look like a NFL draft war room to you or an Executive Conference room?

Pick out the shot caller in any of those other war room shots, can't can you? Got no problem with the Cowboys one, do you?

I have reached another level of dislike for this entire family as they celebrate what they've done to my football team. If mediocrity was the goal, they're very successful.

What other GM has openly tried to justify his first pick like this? Matt Millen and Crazy Al never embarrassed themselves like he did telling a reporter if he'd give him $1000, he'd show him the draft board to prove it? Who does that?

I am disgusted watching those people in that setting. It speaks to everything wrong about this team. And why it's not going to get much better.

It's all about the show, just like the team.

I thought McCarthy might bring some Super Bowl magic to this team, but from what I see to this point, he’s along for the ride collecting a paycheck.
In his defense, he has been coaching with one arm tied behind his back. If we have a normal off season then he can be more fairly judged next fall.

Agree, this was a crash and burn season for him and not a fair appraisal.

Not sure if I am reading this right, but it appears you don’t like the celebrating after picks?

I am pretty sure most of the other war room shots of the other teams showed the same reaction after picks.

Now if they are doing this with 6th and 7th round picks you may have a point.

It's like he's a child who was told not to misbehave when the cameras come on, and because he doesn't know how to act, he sits with his hands folded and his lips puckered.
Garrett had more activity and influence during the draft than he (McCarthy).

Yea, so far it looks like a step down from Garrett’s influence . But all of the results haven’t come in yet.

I think we had some fans that thought things were changing when we brought in a more experienced proven HC like Mikey.

I can't believe I'm actually the one being reasonable. Trust me, I know it's been a quarter of a century since we've won anything of significance, but this is just draft day. This family, although stupid most of the times, just loves money and football. They live for it.

And McCarthy, has exactly one year without mini camps etc, under his belt. Time folks, time will tell.

they do pan on NFL network and other rooms are doing the same celebrating. They have right to let off steam after long offseason leading up to this..

Literally, every draft room celebrates every draft pick.

Funny that my 11-year-old calls everyone else's draft room trash and ours being on another level....

Hmm. I watched every minute of the draft and I didn’t see anything much different from our war room reactions and any other.

I’m not a big fan of the Jones’ approach but I’m resigned to it.

As far as the actual reactions, every team has people high fiving each other. What do you expect?

Except!!! Philly!!! Seeing Howie get left hanging by the entire Eagles war room as he went around looking for high fives was awesome

Watching a billionaire family with lifetime executive contracts, regardless of on-field results, pretend they know how to build an NFL roster that wins playoff games is the epitome’ of arrogance.

It’s like they’re all in a TV show called, “The Emperor and his Family’s new Clothes”. They are all naked as jay-birds but think otherwise. They certainly make being a fan of this team a challenge.

I would rather something happen to them like on Schitts Creek and they all have to live in a crappy hotel in Arkansas with no money!
