This may be an unfair or incorrect conclusion, but it appears he can't play. He was invisible this year, discussed switching positions and back, and now we had a heavy CB focused draft with guys of similar measurables.

My question is you hear all the time that teams draft players and they know right away they made a mistake when they bring them into camp. Do you think that was the case for Robinson or if it happened over time. The hit rate for 4th round picks in not great, but it appears they are already marking that pick up as a sunk cost.

It's crazy! Reggie Robinson is a fan favorite, yet not many have seen any Cowboy related tape on him. I don't think he's getting a fair shake. Especially with his position change last year. So it may be a new head coach with the same old B.S. Playing personal favorites while leaving better players on the sidelines.

This kid should be third in line, as an outside corner, by season end.

I don't see how it's possible for a crew of people to evaluate anything full time and mess it up that badly to know a player is a bust right away in their first camp after giving them a 4th round draft grade.

If he’s good enough, he’ll play. If he’s not, he won’t.

Simple as that. The NFL is a pay for performance workplace like any other business entity.
I wish we had got a chance to see him and Anae last year
Sink or swim we would have a better idea if they can play

To be fair how can quinn know since they wouldn't let him on the field. So if the coaches who wanted him won't use him what's a new coach going to think? Hell get a chance but very short leash in camp just like anae. If they don't ball out in camp above the new rooks they won't last.

I think the issue was he got moved to S but he's really not an S. He's moving back to CB as two of the S we drafted are likely going to be playing S. Robinson has the size Quinn likes. His problem last year was that if you want to be a rookie DB in this league, you better be good at ST and he really wasn't that.

B Jones wasn’t great until he stayed at corner. Richard saved his career.
