so it takes 3 guys to replace one Jeff Heath.

My comment wasn’t a knock on Heath as it was a testament of the Raiders willingness to improve their safety position.

I’d take Jeff Heath right now. I don’t think he’s a starting Safety, but he’s a ST ace and serviceable backup safety. Whether folks want to admit it or not.. Dallas safety position would be improved if he was signed. That said, Dallas can’t afford his vested veteran salary. As a matter of fact, the FO is hoping some of the eleven draft picks make other veteran’s expendable. So yeah, he’s not making a home coming anytime soon.

I’d rather see I what we have in roster now. But Heath while not stellar wasn’t as bad as what we’ve thrown out there as of late.
