I doubt that for now. Lakers may be back to winning, but for as big a name as Lebron is, he is not nearly as likable as past faces of the team. Especially when compared to Kobe. Kobe was universally loved. Lebron is only liked when he is on the Cavs tbh.

Yeah, I think for basketball because they only sport 5 positions, any superstars makes a team dramatically more valuable as they have that much impact on an organization and a community. I remember a report saying when Lebron left Cleveland the first time, the franchise valued immediately dipped by 500m$.

As long as Steph is Steph, GSW is the biggest ticket in the Bay Area
