It’s been pretty much confirmed that the NFC East is a dumpster fire. When a team wins the division with a 7-9 record as Washington did in 2020, that’s about as weak as it comes. The hope is that the 2021 season will be a little more competitive; the fact that the Dallas Cowboys were competitive until the final weeks after playing four different quarterbacks is a clear signal that the East is no longer a Beast. The Least is more accurate.

Still, someone has to win it, and with that win comes a playoff berth. The early favorites for the 2021 NFC East title are the Cowboys. That certainly will bring much skepticism and scoffing from different parts of the fanbase, and the media. But the fact remains that the betting houses favor the Cowboys.

Again, someone has to win it. And the Cowboys should be the favorites for one simple reason. Dak Prescott. The Cowboys clearly have the best quarterback in the division and it’s really not that close.

Washington Defense and Giants offense are pretty scary. Only thing holding them back is QB play.

It's possible we are better this year but with a potential 5 to 7 new starters on D and a new coach just not seeing vast improvement until late in the season.

We're not going to win a lot if we have to score 35 a game.

I think that both Washington and NY are going to be significantly better this season than they were last year.

Washington will be improved at QB with Fitz. He’s not great, for sure but he’s better than what they had last year by a stretch. They’re improved at LB and WR for sure. They will have a tougher schedule but they’ll be better.

NY will have Barkley back and will be significantly better at WR. Plus, I think their defense is going to be improved and by the end of last year, they were already playing pretty well defensively.

Both of those teams are going to make things more difficult, IMO.

Of course, the biggest improvements in the division will probably be in Dallas. Getting Dak back is huge, and swapping out Nolan for Quinn might end up as the most significant move in the division. Defensively, Dallas should be much improved. Parsons could end up being a game changer if they truly use him as often in the pass rush as they’ve hinted they would.

Overall, the NFC East should be significantly improved. Anyone thinking Dallas should walk away with the East isn’t being rational about these other teams, I think.

The Giants treat their OLine like we look at our safeties. Barkley being back should help, but I don't think it'll be enough.

this post makes no sense. They have used a number of high draft picks and high end free agency on their line. This has not been done in Dallas since they signed Ken Hamlin in 07.

That Giants team is ready to go. They have all the parts to win the east. They have a defense that can shut down the other three teams in the division and hold its own outside the division. Washington can do this also. Imo both the giants and washington have good head coaches that the players like and are going to battle for the east.

Seeing the schedules will be interesting this week because someone is going to win this division by a very narrow margin and when teams play their tougher games and who they finish with could determine who wins it.

I find it comical everyday reading how bad the giants are on here. The giants have 3 of the biggest humans you have ever seen across their front and have a really talented skilled group of guys in the secondary. Speaking of safety they have logan ryan, xavier mckinney and Jabrill peppers. All three are better than any of Dallas safeties. They are going to be excellent on defense.

Cowboys should have the best offense by far assuming Dak picks up where he left off and we're a bit healthier this year. On the opposite side the defense is the worst in the division. However, if we move from one of the league's worst defenses to an average one I like our chances.

Lot depends on Quinn, the growth of the middle of the Dline and decent play from the secondary.

Yea with those defenses if their QB and offenses develop they could be more serious threats.

All the nfce teams should be better this season. The 3 new HC's last year are in their 2nd year now, have some new draft picks,
some new FA's so maybe they play the non divisional teams better and get more wins there.
All the div games will be tough. I dont think any of them will dominate the div games.

I think Wash has the edge, to repeat winning the div, but cowboys and giants should be in the mix.
Philly I have no idea, new HC, so they are a wait and see deal.

people over estimate dak and the dallas offense, so I dont think they will be all that good. Kellen is still OC, expect more 50 pass games.
MM if his game mgmt doesnt get better , he will cost them some games, as he did last year.

If a team wants to win the div, they need to get more wins in non div games. That is the key. At least 6-7 wins in those, then 3-4 in the div games.

What major resources have they spent on their OLine? Daniel needs some help & they haven't given him near enough.

It’s a 3 team race. Eagles are not in it....period.

Giants have the defense, so with better veteran receivers and their super star RB returning, their QB just has to eep the bus out of the ditch.

The TEAM has the defense and some offensive pieces. Their season comes down to QB play again. It’s all on Fitzpatrick’s shoulders.

Dallas has the best offense when everyone is healthy, and our OL backups are better this season. The defense is questionable, but I’ll be better since it cannot be worse. Stay healthy, improve on defense vs the run and avoiding the secondary breakdowns, and our season depends on how long it takes Dak to return to last year’s form. (That was my straight line for Risen to have some fun....You’re welcome! Should feel almost as good as getting a “like”).

They gave him quite a bit of help last year....those rookies should be better unless busts.
