Hang a “your fat” sign on his locker lol
A full year in a nfl conditioning program can really help someone who has the motivation and work ethic
This kid has potential to be a very good player and he should look at it from a financial perspective
The more motivated he is the more money he’s gonna make
Couldnt ask for a better opportunity.

Supposedly played at 360lbs at Kentucky. He lost weight and weighed 327 lbs at his Pro day
I wonder is 327 sustainable or if Bo will settle somewhere between 335-350lbs...

I wish they would have brought in veteran 1Tech for Bo to learn from early on, and have some big boi depth. I'm not gonna put my faith in a rookie NT as the run stopper savior, but looking for him to be decent (average) for sure.

“I really believe if he had gotten in shape earlier...". Am I the only one wondering if he is unmotivated or lazy?
I was waiting for a comment just like this. There’s always someone that never fails to disappoint.

There's a price to be paid for the athlete that is not well conditioned, most times it shows up on game day, or as it would seem in this case on draft day. "Fatigue makes cowards of us all"... Vince Lombardi.

Hopefully the Cowboys 2021 mantra will be, "No Cowards"

I hope he settles,, I hope they build several very nice restaurants with excellent take out right next to wherever Big Bo decides to reside.

I mean, what weight did he actually lose? What does he look like now?

Feel like there are some gaps lol

Just looking at him move it seems he's lost some weight. I can't remember what his playing weight was in college but it was somewhere around 340ish or heavier I think? No way he looks or moves like someone of that size.

Brian Ingram, linebacker (round 4), four years with New England and started 1 game with San Diego (his uncle).
Maybe he gets a little head start, a little tutoring there, but he graded out as a backup.
He needs to do everything right to be more than a rotational player.

I heard Nick Hayden will be his coach. We're in good hands.

I don't see how a pro football player burning that many calories per day would be able to maintain 330 pounds. How many calories would one have to consume to maintain that weight?
