If you leave rookies in the dust because of an injury you’d be missing out on some Hall of Fame players. The NFL will teach rookies how to take care of their bodies to a level they’ve never known before.
Interesting theory. I've not missed a one. I didn't just start watching football recently, Rocky. I've been a diehard NFL fan for 50 years. This is how I roll. I don't have time to waste on rookies that can't get themselves noticed due to injury. Maybe they do eventually make their mark in year two or three, I'll pay attention to them then. Until then they are wasting my time.

He was drafted to be the guy after Fredbeard retired. He's been nothing but a disappointment. You watch the video. It's time to be the man at the center position or cut bait with this guy.
Lol. Dude. The guy won the Remington award, played for a school known for churning out OL and has the right attitude. Frederick was an anomaly and also a freaking engineer. The guys a certified genius who played football. To expect that out of a 4th rounder is nuts. Your takes are questionable sometimes my cowboy brother.

He has this season to prove himself or he will have to go. It would be nice to have Joe Lonney on this roster just in case this guy gets another hammy injury.

But it not to “way to early” to say “put up or shut up”???

your thought process is absolutely questionable!
What do you think, "put up or shut up" means? It means I ain't quite ready to ax him just yet. He's got a chance, it's just too early to say one way or the other.

I'm being more generous with my patience than some are accusing me of being. That's all.

You're not entirely wrong Joe. Sorry for busting your balls. I do feel encouraged at the limited sample he has shown us. I think we will all be bigger believers after this season. He's capable of being special.

Yeah I'd like to have Looney as well. He's not a stud, but is excellent depth and more than capable of starting and playing well. He's also a great locker room guy and probably really good for the overall morale of the team.

I never heard of the Remington award before, but it seems to show that he's more than a JAG center. It's unfortunate he got hammys during his debut, especially since I think his dropoff to the 4th round was due to an injury. Hopefully the time around the team & trainers will have him ready to hit the ground running this season.

I expect Biadasz to have a HUGE second year jump in improvement.
This guy simply dominated at the college level. I think he will end up being one of the top centers in the league.

There you go,, move the goal posts back just a few more feet, ok, right about there should be good.

Whatever you are talking about there is just going on in your head. I'm glad you are understanding now but it's what I was always talking about.

I think they will resign Looney but not because they think Biadasz will fail it is just a smart move

Wisconsin lineman remind me of the Cornhuskers OL back in the day, you could spot those guys walking on the side of the road and know that's a Nebraska cornfed lineman.

The C and LG position are going to be interesting and will be the difference between running the offense the Cowboys want to run or the opposition makes them run.

I like this kid, looks like an OL but he needs to work on that name, maybe trade one of the players hogging all the vowels for that z.
