Brown will start outside and they will then ease Joseph in IMO.

He is a ballhawk for sure.

My issue is that he got paid a few years back and then played even better. Fair for him to ask for a new deal/money as the team then paid Jones more money last season.
But, how much longer can he play at a high level due to his knees? Maybe 2-3 years or maybe he has another shortened season for a 4th knee procedure and it comes into question his athletic ability with that main procedures. Or is there any issue with potential cartilage issues? I honestly don't know

He can ask, but any team would be stupid to open up that can of worms. Besides, he has 0 leverage there.

people who are ignorant enough to want this team to trade premium picks for CB or SS are right up there

but you'll be the first one *****ing and moaning when they're getting toasted in the secondary

17 game season. We’re going to need back ups. Rotational players. I wouldn’t trade any of our back ups that are potential starting

isn't that scary? Brown vs Evans or AB

I am no fan of Brown who can get way too handsy with guys, but we have seen this dance before from Dallas. They brought back Brown because they like him and I suspect they think he can hold down the fort until Joseph is ready.

Do I agree with it? No. I’d have brought in a guy like Nelson on the cheap.

IMO, Corner is not a big need for this team right now. Safety and interior DL are much bigger needs.
They don’t have the cap space for a decent FA to improve any of the positions you listed. These self-proclaimed salary cap gurus that say the salary cap does not limit the team from signing any player that they want, should call Stephen and Jerry and explain to them why the cap is no concern and it doesn’t limit FA signings.

You have a better chance of being struck by lightning.

When Steven trades for defensive players, you get real impact guys like a 34 year old Michael Bennett and Eli Ankou.

10 ints last season
Really??? Dang had to check it out - 10 INTs & #3 in DPLOY after Aaron Donald & TJ Watt.
Doubt Miami lets him go. He's just renegotiating his extension per his coach. (Byron got paid more than him)

Now the question is "What's up with Kelvin?" I haven't heard squat about him yet, except for the Covid lockout. I get Ihat he wasn't available, but everybody else got at least a couple of homer articles written about them.

Would anyone oppose calling Miami about a trade for Xavien Howard and what would you give up.

Call..get embarrassed. But offer a "team friendly deal " and watch the magic happen. Oh please..are we going to have a thread for every player who hiccups wanting to trade for them?

Part of team building, is leaving no stone unturned, if you're serious about building the best team you can, you make the call to inquire about a possible trade. otherwise you're not doing your job.

Or they would lament the dline that has the containment of 1950s blocking sleds noting that Patrick mahomes wasn't running for his life in the SB due to the 95% corner blitzes
