Alright, he wants out of New England don’t blame him and he prob doesn’t want to start over with a new QB. He’s also not worth the 1st they picked him at, but given Coopers injuries I’m thinking a 2nd round pick….but is he worth it? Maybe swap 2nds and give them a 3rd…what do y’all think. I know WR is low on the team list and he might not even want to come here because of Ceedee, Amari, and Gallup.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I think I wouldn't waste the resources. He is your latest stock Patriot WR draft choice that is already circling the drain to being out of the league. In year's past, you would see bust for bust WRs traded for each other. That's about what he is worth considering he is pretty much a player that struggles to get separation, the same as he did as a collegiate. Winning "contested balls" shouldn't be a pass catcher's best trait. As smart as Belichick is, he has zero eye for WR talent. Aaron Dobson, Taylor Price, Brandon Tate, Chad Jackson, Bethel Johnson--all cost premium picks. The only one worth anything was Deion Branch.

A 2nd round pick for a bust who can't get open? Tell me you're joking.

Just asking his value, idk what he’s worth. Yea Deion Branch was good, but the Pats WRs have sucked outside of the slot. When Brady had Moss or the 2 TEs he was unstoppable. Is Harry just another Pats flop at WR? Belichick should stick to defense then.

Yea, the Pats need a full overhaul on their scouting for receivers in the draft.
Getting Edleman as a converted QB falls on luck imo.
They have/had an eye for pro scouting in the past with Welker, Danny A, Moss, etc... But their inability to have given Brady better outside weapons through the draft hurt them.

Probably worth a 5th or 6th. I wouldn't bother because we dont have need for even a subpackage WR, and he isnt an ST player.

I’d give a 6th for Harry, his contract is a diff issue but $1m a year or something along those lines. He’s got to be in the range of Patrick Crayton at least.

A lot of talk by 49er fans about trading for Harry, and for a 6th I think dude will be moving soon.

Cowboys are stacked at WR, heck, they may have to trade a WR for a pick around cut down day.

Just rewatched his college highlights, dude is slow as paint drying. He seams to have good hands, not that Arizona ever used him in a route tree. They kinda just chuck the ball up to him or change his jersey number to camo him as a TE. Idk whatever horrible pick by the Pats in the first round. I now take back my 5th round offer haha. In addition Cam Newton is stinking it up in Pats camp, Mac Jones is the guy but it doesn’t look like he needs Harry who is a big dude with good hands but idk what else.

I would conclude yes, and the bust signs were highly visible predraft. Belly simply doesn't understand much on the O side of the ball.

That's what his scouting report said.

Swapping 2nds isn't a bad thought, though I wouldn't give up a 3rd based on his track record. I think we might be able to get him for maybe a 4th rounder.

Simple fact is to this point he's not shown to be better than what we have. You'd like to improve your roster where possible, but there's little evidence he can do that, looks to me to be a "project" player, and I'm sick of those on the Cowboys....

Sad part is, people want to trade for him, but he would not make this team. Wilson is a better player. I'd rather have Brown, who is a ST's demon and an all around good dude. And then there's the rook, Fuho. Dude is a tremendous talent w/ a pile more upside.
WR is the last position we should be paying attention to at this point.

Wilson got 17 catches in 220 snaps. Harry got 33 in about 600 snaps. On top of that Wilson has ST value. Harry wouldnt even beat out Wilson to be the #4 here, and he doesnt offer ST ability to move Brown off the roster. All at a 1st round salary. Simi is a much more interesting prospect at this point, and even he has to force them to go deep at WR in TC and preseason.

There isnt any room here for Harry outside a camp tryout. And you don't trade for those

Plus, it's sounding as if Harry may have some grumble issues.
