The defense was fine. Exactly what they need. They do have a weak spot in Brown at corner which will cause them to make a change at some point. They are for sure the favorite to win the division and will be an exciting team to watch this season.

There is no way you can blame the defense after getting all of those turnovers. Its the offenses job to convert them into points and they didn't. I dont care what you did to get to the redzone, if you dont do anything there, its pointless.

Question??? Why don't the GM make some moves on defense as in TRADE? Or rob somebodies practice squad. Has to be better guys on teams practice squad then we have on ours. As far as defense goes. But that's Jerry. e ride with what my sorrybutt drafts.

Did you miss all of the free agents that they signed? Do you really not see improvement from last year? They stopped the defending champs at least 7 or 8 times last night.

against that team on the road yes it is they basically gave up 33 to us give the easy fg and xp miss..wow that defense the best in the league and you think our coaching was bad? get over it game 1 in those conditions was even supposed to be contest and the whinesfest from miserable fans have begun..

You have NO point. The results were the same? So where's your point? In the end 1 plus 1 is two. no matter how many times you try to change it. It still adds up to 2.

I agree with that ..... But the questionable time management and play calling by the coaching staff left it in the refs hands to screw us.

As dominant as we were on offense it should never have gotten to that.

I had Dallas winning ...so maybe you should test your fan hold. I in know way was thinking Dallas was gonna get embarrashed. The GM and his son likes their guys. They sign free agents that are cheap , coming off of an injury, at the end of their careers, etc. did I mention CHEAP?

Yep. And he mostly does it on defense and yet some say you can't build a great defense. You sure in the hell can't build one this way.

The defense actually gave them a chance to win. 21 points/3 TDs from Tampa were when they had good field position (from a punt when the DAL offense was pinned, after a good kick return, and after the Dak INT).

Then they forced 3 turnovers - two of them to give the offense great field position but they only were able to get 1 TD. If they converted just one more into a TD, this is a different game

the difference in this game was tampa scored touchdowns every time they were in the red zone the cowboys were kicking and missing field goals and a wr dropped a pass that was intercepted and cost the cowboys seven points this game like a lot of others in the last ten years was lost because the cowboys never make a play in a critical situation in a football game is so frustrating to be the better team and lose the game sucks
