Not easy for some to understand what explosive is.Talking about seeing what you want to see..."explosive".

I've never got the Jarwin love, seriously. I saw you really liked him, and it shocked me.It does appear to be trending in that direction. If he's going to be this bad at blocking he can't be in on any running plays which makes him basically a human "tell" for the offense. Schultz isn't pancaking anybody but on Zeke's longest run of the night which was the sweep left Schultz motioned into the FB position and led Zeke to the sideline and walled off his man nicely to allow Zeke to zip past. Didn't destroy the guy nor did he need to.. Got in the way.. If Jarwin just does that Zeke likely scores on that play..
The pitch to Zeke. That is a sure TD if JARWIN holds his block. Moore should never use him in that situation again. Zeke gets in there and we have a completely different game. I think that would have been the difference. Jarwin either needs to get better at blocking, or put Dalton on the field in situations like that.
Agreed. Execution wasn’t there and it starts with Jarwin. The pitch to Zeke. That is a sure TD if JARWIN holds his block. Moore should never use him in that situation again. The $90mil RB could also make a guy miss in the open field. But that was definitely pitiful by Jarwin.
False play failed because of the blocking Jarwin should be benched and we need to play our real tight end ShultzIt was a terrible block. But a $50 million running back should be able to get through or around one guy.
Zeke is pretty much done.
Now having a different look from the TV broadcast its clear Zeke could have easily made lemonade out of lemons.
Jarwin had inside position on the defender (Winfield #31) which is why it was so easy for him to separate from Jarwin because Zeke took the play wide. Had he simply made an easy cut inside, Jarwin is already in position to just wall off Winfield.
This is where we miss Witten's services. You are 100% correct about that but I believe Zeke shares some blame here as well.100% on Jarwin. Inside has defenders. He's suppose to set the edge there. Witten was a God at it.
I think the issue is that they don't have a complete TE. Jarwin is a receiver, and Shultz is a blocker with good hands, but no deep threat. So you can't play him on the left side, and not expect the defense to know what you're doing. They need one more guy like Schultz, or a complete guy. That way there's less of showing your hand. This is where we miss Witten's services. You are 100% correct about that but I believe Zeke shares some blame here as well.

The same reason Schultz is starting. He's not a good blocker. Then why did Jarwin position himself inside?
