This could be promising. A guy like Parsons is such an asset to have.

He played DE before moving to linebacker.hate to throw negativity on this one, but hes going to get manhandled with his hand in the dirt going against big OT's....maybe as a standup passrusher in a hybrid scheme, but he just doen't have the body type to play like a traditional DE>
The guy got beat by Gronk. A future HOFer at the position. In his first game. Against the GOAT QB. Yet Slater who has played 1 game is a franchise tackle in your mind after 1 game. lol. In your defense you did put "yet" so ill give ya that.Makes sense.
Let Parsons rush the passer and use Cox & Vander Esch in pass coverage since Parsons isn’t very good at it yet.
Neal can cover also. He used to be a safety, so yeah, let them do the linebacker duties and let Parsons run free at the QB.Makes sense.

I want Neal to lay Williams out on a crossing route. And then ask him if hes having fun.Neal can cover also. He used to be a safety, so yeah, let them do the linebacker duties and let Parsons run free at the QB.
And he wont be used traditionally as a strong side rush end in a 3pt stance. He’ll be a standup DPR.He played DE before moving to linebacker.

Indeed,, but its the call of duty on true pass rush downs. They are putting a lot on the rookie if they are expecting him to become the pass rush on Sunday.
No, it's really not. As long as they rotate him around and maybe disguise a few things. It couldn't hurt. That’s not a bad idea at all
