Hasn't this dude been called out by fans for beign and Arse hat to fans? I dont really care for his demeanor, some of the staff I talked to in Cabo had some bad stuff to say about him as well. Not surprising.

At least he sees the writing on the wall. But last time I checked the carries were close to 50/50 so sorry Zeke the guys signing the checks see it too.

Pretty pathetic though how he makes a comment like that. I thought he had matured and was becoming a team player. Looks like that was wishful thinking.
hes saying all you idiots out there and what you want dont matter. Im not sure how you can now read into this being any swipe at coaches or teamates.

I know Elliot wants to be the guy. And if JJ said put Pollard in more then Elliot would be fine with it. Elliot gets the same check no matter the carries. It does let you know he reads some of the fans comments.

He has a twitter account and an IG account so I'm sure some keyboard warriors spam him with "you suck. Pollard should start" posts all the time. His response shows just how little those people matter to him.. which is absolutely as it should be.

He didn't say anything about making money.. He also said "What matters is what goes on in this building.." I'm pretty sure his coaches and teammates all work in the building so they're included WITH the guy who signs the checks.. Basically he dismissed all the people who are not part of the Cowboys .... He's 100% correct.

you need way too much smarts to get what you just said. Reading comprehension.... its a good thing.

It's real simple for Zeke. If he performed up this his contract and reputation the criticism would die down. Even as a rookie, posters who questioned the strategy of drafting a RB #4 overall could admit it was a philosophical disagreement in drafting and appreciate the stud Zeke was on the field.

The idiots are the guys that didnt see Pollards skills. FO obviously sees it. (Garrett and Zeke apologists on here)

A team player would have just said he will perform whatever roll he is called upon to do. Its a slap in the face to Pollard as well. You can tell its getting to him.

LOL.......on the contrary he responded so its clear he does care and its getting to him.

Did you go over and comfort your hero Zeke in his time of struggle?

He was great for 2 years. Then really good in year 3 before declining further. Right now he's a good, solid back nothing more. Top 15ish.

Imagine if Elliot had a few fumbles in one quarter. They pull him and put in Pollard and he gets 150 yards and 2 TDs. The FO would still start Elliot the next week. I didn’t like Elliot sitting 2 years before his contract was due. I never expected him to play his 5th year but 2 years early angered me. I am sure Elliot don’t care how I feel about it. He is a good team mate. But still don’t like the move by his agent.

Even you don't believe this.. I mean maybe one or two would have to stones to come on and say they were wrong but most of them would come up with cockamamie rationales for why they were right. The mistake wasn't drafting Zeke, nor was signing him ... the mistake was changing the offense such that he would be de-emphasized AFTER signing him. I don't think it's a coincidence that the Cowboys have not had a winning season since de-emphasizing Zeke by the way.. Just sayin..
