Kazee just cemented his benching. Screwed up big time on the whiff of a play he gave up on that 75 yard bomb from the Patriots late in the 4th quarter. Now, he's gone and ***** up in public, cementing a benching when the Cowboys get back to playing the Vikings next week. Works out great for whomever was his backup(s). Glad Kazee didn't injure anyone while out driving drunk.

They still suspend guys for a DUI? Wow.. that's kinda weird.. since they no longer care about weed but still are hard on dudes for alcohol. Strange.. but who cares? It's a non-issue for me. For the first time in a decade we have good depth at safety.. We'll survive.

No doubt that drunk driving is wrong. But at the end of the day he is still just a young guy and young guys make mistakes. I know that if I got the boot for every wrong thing I ever did when I was a kid I wouldnt have a rear end left TO BOOT. I strongly suspect much the same can be said for just about all of us here. I think we should all remember what we were when we too were young and try to not judge too harshly.

He screwed up and shouldn’t be burnt at the stake here but rationalizing away what was an incredibly stupid and dangerous mistake is bizarre to me.
