Some fans would have said we gave up too early if we sat Dak

McCarthy was playing with fire.

Both Dak and Zeke were dealing with injuries in a game that he Farked up with all his brilliant decisions.

Steele at LT, failed 4th attempts, playing injured starters in a blowout, etc.

This camp cupcake stuff needs to end. No reason at all for Tyron not playing. It’s a pain issue, nothing else. An 80% Tyron is a thousand times better than Steele. And if it’s that bad he should have had surgery the Monday after the Vikes game.

and how did Gallimore go from a 4 week injury to 4 months? And why does Gallup need 3 weeks of practice to suit up?

It’s arrogant to think we can just throw these mid season games away.

Yes, it is civil conversation until one side starts throwing shade. But thanks for declaring yourself on the side that throws shade.

Yes I declare myself as calling out stupid conversation. Thanks for declaring yourself as stupid.

Many around here say this loss was good for the team. I'm glad McCarthy disagreed with that.

Losses are never good. Never.
Right. You can learn things in a loss just as a win. But you play to win and at the end of the season it’s about how many wins you have vs. your competition. Losing doesn’t help that at all.

Meh…..while I hated it with JG as coach I understood it yesterday. The man witnessed two wild ask comebacks last season against Atlanta and Cleveland. Plus, Dak needed his damn timing back. He was awful and they knew he had to work his way back.

Fangio sounds full of himself. So Denver had some sort of secret plan? Fangio is so much smarter than the rest of the league! He figured out that the way to beat the cowboys is to:

1. Get CeeDee to drop passes
2. The blueprint also includes Amari dropping passes too!
3. Play the Cowboys when Tyron Smith is not playing
4. And finally, Dak needs to be off that day. He needs to be very inaccurate and miss wide open receivers!

There you go. Fangio figured out the Cowboys.

I get what you're saying. Just want to point out that Fangio is one helluva defensive coordinator. Everywhere he's gone he has put together a solid defense. Chicago, San Francisco under Harbaugh, and he's the one who helped put an end to the 90's dynasty when he was the defensive coordinator for the Panthers when they beat us in 1996.

Coming away with ZERO points on the first two drives because we went for it on 4th down both times fired them up.

Fangio is right. They played press man saftey roaming down a little in the box and made Dak beat them over the top and he couldnt. at one point Dak was 8 for 24 for 100 yards and an INT. That's all you need to know about whos right, Fangio or Fat Mike.

So Denver gave them looks they haven't seen before. And they struggled. But there were big plays to be made and we blew them. And there were tons of unforced mistakes that had nothing to do with Denver having some secret sauce. Having seen it, I am sure we will be better prepared for similar defenses.

I guess we will find out next week if Fangio really came up with the "right way to play Dallas". I personally think Fangio is just full of it.

The team just needs to forget this game and get ready for the Falcons. They definitely need to figure out what to do about LT. People forget how important Tyron Smith is for this team. In my opinion he is the second most important player after Dak. He does not allow any pressure from his side. It is a huge advantage for Dak to know he will never be pressured from his blindside. He needs to adapt to life without TS.

It isn't some secret thing they did. Dak struggled against teams that played them the same exact way in 19. Just go back and look. Vikings, Jets, Pats, Bills, Bears and more. They all played up in his face, stopped the run and pressed the WRs.

What would you have said if Dak reinjured his ankle or calf?

Or Zeke strained other leg protecting his knee?

Amari and CeeDee were also not 100%

Isnt this a reason for backups like Rush, TP and Turner?

Moral victories or punishment reps are for shortsighted fools.

We have bigger fish to fry.

Dak definitely had to get his timing back. He was off and it killed us. Or maybe that was his LT? Lol

Then again, there's been plenty of nonsense the last few weeks, it's just less annoying somehow. "This team is different!" "This team's players are mentally tough and care about winning, unlike all those losers from two years ago!" "I know what a championship team looks like, and this team is it!" And so on.

Fans don't know the difference between "my-mood-du-jour" and actually trying logical thinking. I too rolled my eyes at that "This-team-is-different-because-I-just-feel-it".

Trivial narratives, baseless conclusions, rage-driven-blame-games...this site is cray-cray.

Really? You want a repeat of this? And you tell other teams to do it?

I'd almost guarantee that if we have that fourth-down throw to Wilson we don't miss like we did against the Broncos. That Pollard and Cooper don't miss easy catches when wide open. That Dak and Lamb don't fail to connect two times deep when Lamb has the defense beat. So yes, they can play us like the Broncos as long as we don't play them like we did the Broncos.

Jerry should pump the brakes on the 'genius offense mind boy wonder' , and let Big Mike work .

What are you complaining about MM gives tells you what's going on like or not.....Jason Garrett would just say its a process and start clapping....... I personally like the feedback...even if I don't like it or thinks it BS
I’m complaining about putting Steele in at LT again. Does anyone remember the last time we played Atlanta and didn’t have a suitable replacement for Tyron? It almost ruined dak lol.

Only issue I have is this too. Steele needs to be on the right side. Rather have ty nsekhe playing left tackle
