It took the Giants season and a half (or close to it) to conduct this but took Jones so long to do it.

Anyway, I was glad the Giants hired him because I knew Jason’s coaching would hurt the Giants offense but now since they terminated him the organization has a chance of improving on offense in which I hate it.

saddest part is we let him drag down our team for a decade…only took them two years to figure it out…smh

JG should retire. He’s not an offensive mind.
Just because you claim to know football in an articulate manner doesn't mean that you do.

If the 90s ever return someone should give him a ccall.

Jerry bought into this for ten years of our lives and continued to double down.

How many HOF players and very good ones had careers wasted on that? They became rich men, but still....shameful.

I'm not saying they should not have fired him, I'm saying the problems were there before Garrett got to NY. Do you think firing Garrett will now cure all ills of the Giants or is the problems much deeper in NY?

I know that the offense got worse under Garrett, not better.

The Giants have been without Barkeley for most of the season and all of last year. They have been without 3 of their top WRs most of the year.

How great did our Boy Wonder look last week when we were missing the starting left tackle and 2 of our top WRs? He looked so good we didnt score a TD.

Some of you are just clueless. You think the Giants are now going to become some offensive power house with a new O coordinator?

This is about as surprising as finding out the number 3 comes after the number 2

To be clear. Are you defending Jason Garrett?

Terrible hire in the first place. Garrett is not a scheme/X's and O's guy. If they wanted him on staff for a rookie coach, they could have made him an Assistant HC like what Rob Davis is here.

Garrett needs to just find a job coaching at a small college in the northeast

Not even the relationship with the Maras could buy him even two years. That speaks volumes as to just how bad things were.

Maybe Garrett should just leave the coaching and GM and stick with the executive side? Sheesh, is there an owner family he doesn’t have a close relationship with? Obviously his forte.

I don't see where it got better or worse. 2016 was the last time NY did anything offense or defensively. I have no issue if NY fires Garrett or Judge after the season. I think issues are beyond the sidelines, in Dallas it would be tracked to the very top where the problems are.

I think he should go be a walk around coach at a small Ivy League college. He’s smart and talks a good game. That’s about it.
