I honestly don’t know what you guys are watching. Especially when what everyone else is watching looks like it’s shot from a cannon and hits his head on the goal post.
They're not watching.

They just blindly support every move this organization makes. They are great, loyal followers of the ownership.

They're the worst kind of fans, imo.

He is 26 and injured injuries heal Pollard is a backup and always has been

Horrible reasoning to not play a better player.

Romo was always a backup and undrafted free agent with no experience.. Bledsoe was the number 1 pick in the draft and had more experience.

Things change.

I liked the play but I'm not one of Pollard's puppies if he becomes our starting running back it will not bother me a bit. He is gonna have to earn it though a few good plays does not make him better than Zeke
Zeke is *supposed* to be the best RB in the league. At least that is no longer being argued by his diehard fans. It’s been a few years too late but baby steps is better than nothing.

I could care less if he is full time or not.

There is like 3 or 4 teams who do the full time back thing.

I still want Zeke to have a role on this team but Tony Pollard should be the featured back.

Zeke should be situational.

Heck Zeke can’t even carry the load anymore. That Zeke is gone. Asking him to carry the load and perform at a high level is no longer a thing.
He was a few games ago, but he's hurting and people abandoned ship...typical.

100% accurate and totally agree, time to do the smart thing and rest your wounded warrior. But.....do not get silly with Pollard thinking he is a Robert Newhouse or Marion Barber.

Dude is trying to be out there with Dak. But he is hurting. People used to dog him when he was running and would tap his helmet to bring in Pollard and they called him weak. He was trying to save himself but maybe watched what the media was saying and maybe reads or listens to what JJ says. So there ya go. Now we could go into the playoffs with half a great RB.

If we somehow made the SB I would want this guy 101% physically ready..

Maybe Pollard can do the things he does only because he doesn't have to carry the run game on his shoulders? Still, Zeke looks totally worn out, probably does need a rest. But I guess there is a reason why the people paid to think about that nonstop made the decision of keeping him in. I trust them more than any fan based swarm intelligence. :)

Zeke’s looked good this year when healthy. I’m not denying that.

Im denying that he can still carry the load and be effective for us.

Tony Pollard passes the eye test and all the metrics for the last 2 seasons say he is an elite player that just needs the opportunity.

Everyone can see this besides The Jones’s, Zeke’s Mom, and the “carry the load” “better blocker” Cowboys fans.

Even the nerds at PFF can see it.

Yep I agree pollard is better now and has been. I know zeke can block but I agree sit zeke
Be prepared dude. You ready for dak on ir? Or even more ineffective?

I have said for 2 weeks please sit zeke. But....I also know there are consequences. We have a couple more wow plays. Fine. We'll have a bunch of 3 yard plays like at saints. And Tony will get rolled hard when he needs to cover for this o line.

Bank it.

Sadly it’s Zeke’s contract. The Jones’s appreciate your blind faith though.

He has 10 days to rest......

He needs to call Emmitt and ask him what he used to do to stay healthy and strong. From what I heard he had a routine of a massage, ice, heat...massage again and then some chiropractor treatment every week during the season, sometimes twice a week. He knew how to take care of himself because there is only so much the strength and condition coach can do. However, he ain't no 22...lol.

Did you miss the Zeke 3 yard plays?

You’re acting like Zeke is getting a ton of yards that Pollard wouldn’t get. It’s actually the complete opposite.

Zeke still needs a role on this team. I’m not saying completely take Zeke out of the offense.

When defenses have loosened up I want Zeke in the game running dudes over. 3rd and long I want him in the game blocking. Short yardage I want him in the game picking it up.

But to get drives going, especially on our side of the field, Zeke is a waste.

Nobody is 22.. 22 is a once in a lifetime player and my childhood hero. The goat.

Not smart.....Pollard is a great change up and compliment....Zeke is in pain, he's not injured and with 10 days rest will be much better.... they BOTH averaged about 3 TDs between the tackles....I'll go with the coaches over the mediots and fans on this one. Dak is already being pressured, image Pollard trying to pass block.....lol
I don’t see pollard as a zeke equal in blocking but I also don’t see him as incapable

Spoken like a true zeke and osu fan. Look I have no illusions that zeke can pick up the blitzes better but I don’t believe pollard is useless.

sit zeke for a couple weeks
