I don't normally attack media members for doing their job. However, LaConfora is absolutely horrible and is wrong most of the time, works on unwarranted speculation. Not to say that this isn't possible but I'd be trusting this if it was coming from someone else.

I totally believe this is just fishing for clicks. And McCarthy is 100% safe.

However, we do know Jerry loves Kellan, so maybe I can see it?

Yeah and he could also replace Mike McCarthy with the special teams coordinator. What's his point?

I like Kellen Moore and hope he stays, but at this point we know nothing about how good he would be as head coach.

He has the same limitation Garrett had which is they come from one main offensive system and it would benefit him to either get better with that one system or gain exposure to other systems to take the best parts and improve his own system.

Yes, the Cowboys offense has been quite good this year, but look at all of the offensive weapons this team has.

You would have to think there are several offensive coordinators who would have done well with the Cowboys personnel and maybe one or two would have done even better than Moore.

If a team wants to hire him as head coach, I wish him well, but he is not irreplaceable as the Cowboys can find another offensive coordinator that can have success with the good players the Cowboys have and that is before improving in a couple of positions.

The fact they may lose both coordinators would result in major changes even if they have playoff success. Having to replace your OC and DC are major changes. If we lose to San Francisco on Sunday they’re probably going to have to revamp the DL because that’s the area that likely will be exposed by the 49ers. We’ve had some issues upfront in games primarily against Denver. Entering the season that was my biggest area of concern. If Gallimore doesn’t play well they’re going to have to address the DT position. We need some nastiness upfront and need to be physical. Too many times this season I saw the DL get manhandled. Our lack of physicality is the main reason many are picking San Francisco to win tomorrow. Our championship teams in the 90s were very physical upfront. No one could push us around. We could get after the QB and stuff the run.

MM ain't going nowhere at least for another couple of years. And the prospect of losing one or both coordinators has nothing to do with whether they lose this game or not. This guy is just a doofus getting his info from CZ or worst,:espn:

bull.
mccarthy isn't going any where.
when you make a list of the "why's" this team won their division and made the playoffs...all on the list are in place because of mccarthy.
this nonsense of this team winning inspite of its hc is just media pap...fantasy nonsense.

Speaking of all our weapons that might be why we hear that Moore is interested in Minny. They have a lot of weapons too and he needs those to be successful

I think it’ll take one more season. With that said if Sean Payton somehow became avail he might have a tough time not making the change

That was my thinking as well. That Minnesota offense is about the most well stocked option given the head coaching jobs available.
