I dont believe it but interesting

I don’t believe it either. The only constant since Jimmy left is Jerry being the absolute face of the franchise. Changing that is the most obvious need but it won’t happen as long as Jerry can draw breath.

I'm not convinced even if we lose this game that Jerry will do anything drastic but he always looks at ways to improve.

There’s a lot of things the Cowboys are going to have to figure out in the next couple of seasons knowing Diggs and Parsons contract extensions are going to break the bank. They’re going to have to ponder whether DLaw is worth the money he’s making with all the missed games and declining sack numbers the past 3 seasons. The team would love to move on from Zeke and his contract but they’re stuck with him for another year. Zeke is still a good player but he isn’t worth near the kind of money he’s making for the role he currently has.

So Jerry is going to clean house so quickly after allowing Garrett to be in the building for 10 years?

That would be a mistake.

On the other hand, changes in the staff may occur anyway, whether Jerry likes it or not.

How is McCarthy a weak link? He is doing just fine. Kellen Moore is a scrub OC and always has been.
He's just not a good head coach and has been fortunate to be surrounded with good talent. The guy had Farve, Rodgers, and now Dak. I don't believe he'd have a Jimmy G or a Big Ben lead team in the playoffs right now if he was in charge.

Also, throwing Moore under the bus doesn't make McCarthy any better.

Just my take, but if true, I'm pretty confident it has zero to do with MM job security but wanna hear a bold prediction? I could see MM and/or Jerry firing KM or at the very least reducing his play-calling duties. Think about, most of the problems/issues of the team this year have been the inconsistency from the offense. Especially when you consider we finally lead the league in take-aways/turnovers, yet there were tons of points left on the field coz the offense fail to convert. In fact, IMO this cost us at least one, two, maybe three W's.

I know it's a bold statement but IF we lose Sunday, don't be surprised to see a bullseye on Kellen Moore's back.
