I'm personally a big fan of mike tomlin. tough hardnosed coach. IMO does not have half the talent we do, but wins anyway.

A good LG would be a huge change for this team. Getting down from 11 penalties to 2-3 would be awesome and provide a cleaner pocket.

Also Gregory has great athleticism but he’s always made boneheaded penalties at critical times. Like New Orleans in 2018. 2 today.

I'd go get a OC who can help with quarterbacks...I personally wouldn't hire a head coach to do that but I get it.

And that’s really not the biggest reason to get Payton.
It’s his ability to coach QBs. I bet he would want to just dump Dak though and go get a vet he can win with.
