I like that you brought up the Rams. They are going for it with their trade/free agency moves. Same with the Bucs. Meanwhile we get to watch mid round project players go out there because "we like the guys we have"

Player loyalty is this era of free agency is holding us back. Jerry holds on to guys with all he has until it's too late to get anything back for them. There was probably a time they could of gotten something for a Jaylon Smith instead of cutting him mid season.
