How about we simply let Mike McCarthy pick his staff instead of saddling him with people. When has this model ever worked? Can someone tell me? Why are we holding on to people from a failed coaching staff and inflicted on a new coach? It didn't work when they did this to Wade Phillips. They sort of did this to Parcells who had to work with Zimmer while trying to implement a different defensive scheme that Zimmer never worked with. Why the hell would you do this?

Brady obviously developed well beyond what anyone could’ve imagined. Reid went to multiple NFC title games and a super bowl at Philly. And KC has had success under him as well. Wonder why?

Reid was a hell of a coach with exactly ZERO titles and zero super bowl appearances in all those years of coahcing.

Mahomes shows up and he goes to 3 straight title games, 2 SB appearances and a SB win . I guess he did some extra coaching clinics over the summer to take that final step.

The report on Mahomes coming out of college was that he had a great arm but had a gunslinger mentality and may have trouble reading NFL defenses as that was not ask of him in college. In fact KC moved up 17 spots to get him. Point is someone had to have coached him how to read defenses and take the gunslinger mentality out of him.

If Kellen Moore had Patrick Mahomes as his QB there would be nobody here thinking Moore is a bad coach.

You guys just don't get it. Moore is not the problem. Dak is the problem.

Linehan, Moore, and whoever is next in line will get scape goat'd for Dak's bad play also.

It goes beyond just Dak though. Look at how mid-managed the run game was. Why not have more touches for Pollard, who is one of your best playmakers?

Bienemy should be a head coaching candidate. He's not going to leave Mahomes for another OC gig.

I like Eric Bienemy and have since he was a Colorado Buffalo running back. I'm not sure he calls the plays in KC. He holds a play sheet just like Reid so as a play caller, designer I don't know his strengths. But he could be strong in the skills that makes a head coach great. Until someone hires him giving him his chance I just don't know how he would roll at this point in time.

Absolutely not. Dude is just a sidekick to the real coach. He does nothing for the Chiefs and Mahomes ain’t coming with him.

Nobody will give him a head coaching job and neither should Dallas.

There is a reason why EB is not a head coach and most everyone thinks he is a Andy Reid sidekick. The issue is Naggy and Peterson got jobs under Reid. It is similar to the Bucs offensive and defensive coordinators not getting any coaching jobs last offseason but Quinn and Moore each have had four interviews this offseason alone. Hmmmmm……

Not buying this because the Cowboys came up short in the playoffs before Dak was here. It's more than the QB that's holding back the Cowboys. The culture needs changing and the D needs to improve. Dak also needs to play better but i've seen him do that in the playoffs against the Packers.

How many playoff wins all three of those guys have in the past 2 seasons? I said it was gonna happen EXACTLY as it has happened.

Tell me all you want how great a job Billy did this year. Tell me how Payton ALMOST got his team into the playoffs with no QB.
Tell me what a great job Tomlinson did with a washed up Ben. All three of them, if they were a non namer would be fired in 1 to 2 more seasons if they continued to do such a "Great job."
