While I agree with OP somewhat, but our problem IMO is a lack of talent but leadership, knowing how/when to take your game to the next level. Notice these games have dominant elite leaders on both sides of the ball.

In reality there were 14 teams in contention. Cowboys played one of the worst games possible, yet still had a chance at the end against one of the final 4 teams in contention? There's a lot to cleanup, but every team has their strengths and weaknesses.

If we had the O-Line we were supposed to then even with dinged up Elliot and Pollard they could have shared the load if a competent HC or OC knew how to use them. Our WR are good enough. And our Defense was good enough to take us there. Quinn needed to go after jimmy instead of setting back. Run blitz… They had the talent but the coaching rode on the back of the talent and the talent was over confident..

Well yeah when you lump the best pass catchers from every playoff team together and compare that group against Dallas of course they're better. Team on team Dallas obviously has a top 10 receiving corp in the league and that really isn't debatable. The receivers aren't holding this team back from achieving.

I agree with your assessment of the RBs and QBs.

What each of these teams really has is a real coaching staff + competent QB + good talent. Oh yeah, and they don't have to drag Jerry around either.

They have a coaching staff and a O-Line to go along with that.
