Personally, I believe his leadership is very overrated.

His true colors showed through a lot this year. A leader doesn't blame others (the refs) for their horrible play.

That is the main issue with Dak............he is currently #3 in the league in APY, but is probably 8-10 range on talent.

So you have a good QB, still top 10 in the league, but you are paying him top 3 money. Its an overpay, I dont think anybody would argue its not.

This makes no sense. A puppet is someone that Jerry controls by proxy. Jason Garret was a puppet. Dave Campo was a puppet. Jerry Jones lead those teams and hired all the assistant coaches and coordinators......decided what players they would have......... Dak is just a player.

Thats BS. The Dallas Cowboys existed and were Americas Team far before Jerry Jones arrived on the scene. It is possible to be a cowboy fan and not a Jerry Jones fan.
