He's a radio host in Dallas but he was a ex MLB picture known for being the picture who gave Barry Bonds 756th homerun.......

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say I didn't hear him come out and say he was wrong......but we know that the lie is always louder than the truth. What was worse though was that people on this site believed it lol.

Okay, okay. It's not like you said anyone "credible" said he'd never play again.

Dakazoids “you can’t win in the playoffs with poor online play” Burrow “hold my beer”
Burrows didn't win this last playoff game, clown. Burrows was about to lose. Tannehill threw that game away for the Titans.

Yeah its crazy there were rumors Dak would never be the same or not even play this season. I don't remember hearing those rumors about Burrow. But I always felt like Burrow or Dak...it could go either way honestly. I don't think either is a bad choice.

He is not the same, never will be.

Case in point.
The Dak apologists are far more reasonable then his haters.....let's be honest. The Dak haters have their credibility on the lien. They are normally the same fake scouts who watch youtube videos in their parents basement and think they are professional scouts. So they want to look right. Same people who doubted Joseph this offseason. The same ones who said Micah Parsons was the next Jaylon Smith.

I will say, the haters are more extreme than the Dakophants...but it's not a huge difference, depending on the individuals.

Idk I feel like Dak's injury was worse than Burrows. ACLs suck but it's not like anyone doesn't come back from them anymore.
Probably one of the factors that persuaded the vote is that Prescott's injury during the 2020 season occurred in Week 5 - October 11th; Burrow's injuries (torn ACL & MCL, plus damage to his PCL and meniscus) happened in Week 11 - November 22nd ....6 weeks later.
I was expecting the honor to be awarded to both as co-winners.

It makes you wonder though they were willing to make Diggs and Patterson co-winners lol....that seemed less of a race than Burrow and Dak's IMO.

I think my thing with Burrow and even Diggs getting it....its "comeback player of the year"....but I mean they are one year pros lol. To me the award should be given to guys who who aren't coming off a rookie campaign or who have yet to play a few seasons in the league. To me Patterson makes far more sense to win that award. Well...I don't know on Patterson he seems more like a "Most Improved" type guy than comeback player. He's another I don't know what he's coming back from.....he's never really been good aside from being a specialist.
